Maintaining optimal health and preventing chronic diseases requires the daily practice of a proper diet.

A balanced diet gives the body all the vitamins, minerals, and nutrients it needs to operate at its best. Good nutrition is vital for maintaining good health and preventing disease. For the best nutrition, it is advised to eat a balanced diet that consists of a selection of foods from each food group, including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats.
